AWE Center & Student Center Renovation - 2023

After years of planning, John Carroll University broke ground on the new Athletic Wellness and Event Center in April of 2023. The project consists of a 90,000sf Field House and Student Center Expansion, plus 26,000sf of interior renovations to the existing Student Center. Construction is anticipated to be completed in March of 2025.

Pacelli Residence Hall - 2023

The renovation of Pacelli Hall, a 42,000 sf residence hall on the campus of John Carroll University, is the sister building to Dolan Hall.  The $15m project mirrored the Dolan Hall improvements, with a complete interior renovation of all (4) floors, along with an entry addition and a new elevator. The project began in the summer of 2022 and was completed by the fall of 2023.

Dolan Residence Hall - 2022

The renovation of Dolan Hall, a 42,000 sf residence hall on the campus of John Carroll University, originally constructed in 1955, began in the summer of 2021. The $14.5m project includes a complete interior renovation of all (4) floors, along with an entry addition and a new elevator. The project was completed in the summer of 2022, in time for student occupancy in the fall semester.

John Carroll University Tennis Courts - 2021

Construction of a new $2.5m Tennis Complex on the campus of John Carroll University began in May, 2021 and was completed in November, 2021. The new NCAA compliant 6-court project also includes a freestanding scoreboard, a spectator viewing area, and a storage / restroom support building.
