Blue Willow Studios provides architectural design, construction project management / owner's representative services, and building code compliance reviews for institutional, residential, and commercial projects across Northeast Ohio.  April J. Skurka, Principal Architect at Blue Willow Studios, has over 25 years experience in the fields of architecture and construction.  A graduate of Kent State University, she received a Masters of Architecture with a concentration in Urban Design, and holds certifications in code compliance from the Ohio Board of Building Standards.  April is a member of the Orange Village Architectural Review Board and a member of the National Organization of Minority Architects.  Blue Willow Studios is an MBE, WBE, and EDGE certified business in the State of Ohio.
